We will usually ship your order within 1 business day and you can expect the following delivery timeframes:

• Adelaide: 0-1 business days
• Melbourne: 1-2 business days
• Sydney: 2-4 business days
• Brisbane: 3-6 business days
• Perth: 6-12 business days

We ship to most Australian capital cities and some regional areas. Due to the bulky nature of our products we unfortunately can’t ship to some regional / rural areas.

We welcome enquiries from genuine toy stores and sporting goods stores. Contact us to find out more.

We think you’ll love our products but if you don’t we are happy to arrange a return for you (there will be a $20 return shipping fee on all change of mind returns). If your product arrives faulty with an issue that we can’t easily rectify we’ll cover the return shipping and offer a full refund.

We do provide some extras in the box in case you lose the odd nut or bolt but if you still don’t have enough to complete your dome please contact us and we’ll help you out!

If you’re struggling to put it together we’re happy to help, drop us an email or a line and we can talk you through it. Alternatively we have a youtube video coming soon to help you through the process and we’re also looking into a paid assembled on site service (adelaide only) soon.

We offer a 2 year warranty on all of our products. Warranty does not cover exposure to extreme environmental conditions such as salt spray. Our warranty does not exclude any rights you may have under Australian consumer law.
